The whole sales team was friendly and courteous. We ended up leaving without a charging adaptor we needed, but Julian went out of his way to drive it to our home. Overall a great experience.

The Pittsburg Hyundai service department has the worst service, their manager David is so unhelpful and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Their lack of communication/ respect for customer time, customer interaction, and overall service was awful. After years of dealing with this location because of it being close in proximity to our home, and being loyal to the dealership we bought the car at, we finally had enough. I’d give them less than one star if it would allow it. Their Mickey Mouse mechanics did faulty work which resulted in the head gasket blowing. AFTER charging us $4K they refuse to make good on THEIR FAULTY work. They’re straight up criminals. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away. Employees are not honest at this establishment. I test-drove a used 2022 Ioniq plug-in and asked the salesperson where the charger was as it was not in the car during the test drive. She told me that it was most likely in the sales office. This turned out to be wrong and they are trying to sell a plug-in without the stock charger. AVOID Phill Jimenez. Dishonest, impolite, impatient. Agreed on an OTD price and raised it by 2k on the day of purchase. They lure you into buying the vehicle with things you are not told.
We were very happy with our salesman Rezaul but not the financing process. I had proof of 740 credit score and was advised they use a different service for credit. Looking for better financing.

I almost did not go to All-Star Hyundai because of the distance. But because their internet manager, Rezaul, replied to me in 5 minutes (after 7pm!) with his best price, I totally took a ride and got the deal I was promised. I had over 208,000 miles on my 2011 Elantra and $4000 in rebates made a new one too attractive to pass up. The dealership asked me what i was interested in and made some recommendations on the various trim levels. Then i just picked what i wanted and now i'm set for another 10 years or 200,000 miles. i kept the old Elantra to give to my son in college - it's still going strong. i don't think you can find a better vehicle value today than an Elantra.

The shopping process was very timely. The time it took for vehicle selection, test drive, price negotiation, paper work, and preparation for me to take the vehicle home took about 4 hours. I consider that very acceptable.
I felt we came out with something we weren't to sure of, we were already paying to much in car payments and came out paying way out our range and it felt like it was just the money they wanted, then it came to the papers it wasn't even explained to us properly and coming out I'm paying double for the car two days later after reviewing it and it felt pushed and only one choice to pick from as a family of 6 it wasn't our best choice to make in the end.

Due to an accident, I had to replace my Hyundai Tuscon, which I credit for saving my life. I didn't think twice about which make of care I would be looking at--a Hyundai. She was down to earth and helped calm my nerves, she was exactly what I needed and helped me get a car I absolutely love.
