Performance
Across the
five trim levels of the Hyundai Elantra, there are a few powertrain levels for
drivers to take advantage of. Under the hood of the base model SE trim, a
two-liter four-cylinder engine can produce a sturdy 147 horsepower with a
continuously variable automatic transmission for easy handling. The Elantra
Hybrid Blue trim features a 1.6-liter engine and a hybrid powertrain producing
139 horsepower. This can provide Concord, CA drivers with an EPA-estimated 54
MPG combined. The six-speed automatic transmission is ready to keep you rolling
along smoothly.
The N Line
trim is powered by a 1.6-liter engine, pumping out 201 horsepower. This trim
also includes sport-tuned springs and shock absorbers, as well as improved rear
suspension. If you're looking for an even sportier version of the Elantra, opt
for the ever-popular Elantra N. Powered by a turbocharged two-liter
four-cylinder engine, this machine produces a dynamic 276 horsepower and 289
pound-feet of torque. Choose between a six-speed manual transmission or an
eight-speed dual-clutch automatic, depending on what kind of ride you prefer.
The variable sport exhaust, upgraded rear suspension with adaptive dampers, and
an electronically controlled limited-slip differential makes the Elantra N an
exciting ride every single time.
