Recently had my daughter's 2013 Hyundai Elantra brought in to have it checked out which was purchased at another car dealership. We were told by them the rattling noise in the engine was normal and was just the way Hyundai's engines were made. Then there was a gurgling noise after parking that sounded like something boiling from the radiator. Again told they could not find anything wrong and all was good. To make matters worse come to find out the engine oil was near empty and the AC was not working. They did take care of those 2 issues (although after fixing the AC water began to leak on the passenger floor that they had to fix as well) Terrible. The one decent thing they did do was provide an insurance contract to cover any car issues that would normally cost $2000 to purchase after going through all the trouble with them. We then took the car to All Star Hyundai and was advised by Kevin from Service that the engine was bad and needed to be replaced! Although it did take some time to get the engine replaced due to the claim process with the insurance company, finding a replacement engine, and scheduling conflicts the final result was worth the wait. Kevin and his team did a great job. He kept open communication regarding updates and was very thorough and honest. No more rattling or gurgling noises now. Shout out to Kevin and team thank you!

Rezaul made our experience from start to finish great! No pressure. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Our experience with him was great the other 2 car purchases as well! I had my heart set on a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited in Diamond White. Although one was not available at the lot, Rezaul somehow got one delivered the next day! Rezaul was very patient and made sure we had a great experience every step of the way. From showing us other options, searches on his database to find what we really wanted, and the paperwork for closing this deal Rezaul was very positive! Lastly, we want to mention the experience of a quick tutorial from Rezaul, on how to create accounts, link our devices, and get comfortable with so much technology in this Santa Fe. He made the experience fun! He also gave us a quick Quiz before we drove off the lot. Excellent teacher!
