I just bought a new Hyundai 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy from Air star Hyundai in Pittsburg Ca. My sale consultant was Rezaul Bashar internet sales ! As we looked at some of the Santa Fe's He had on the lot we decided to get the 2023 Santa FE Calligraphy! Because Rezaul had nothing like that on the lot the search began later that day. Finally one was found in San Jose and was brought up to Pittsburg. I know Rezaul spent several days hunting for our car. He continued to keep us posted throughout day either by TEXT or call. Bottom line he went way beyond making sure we received the best service and the correct car we wanted. OUTSTANDING ! As for the Team at All Star Hyundai, I can say they are the best! Everyone on that Sunday December 18th who worked were outstanding. I can't forget Richard who spent several hours teaching my wife about her new car. Excellent customer service from him. Also I want to mention the person who worked in what I call the war room that day. He did the almost impossible deal for us. Yes we were there several hours , but in the end the who TEAM came together and we got what we wanted. My last person is the finance Manager for Sunday. Not only he was was informed , he took his time answering and addressing all questions we had. Bottom line is a HUGE Thank You to All Star Hyundai TEAM!!!

"worth the long drive I made to get to Pittsburg"

I chose All Star Hyundai of Pittsburg because it received the best reviews of any of the Hyundai dealerships accessible to me as an East Bay resident. And I was not disappointed. My experience buying the car was worth the long drive I made to get to Pittsburg. The same Hyundai Kona I had seen advertised was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Rezaul, the sales rep, made my purchase experience very informative and pleasant, as he is an exceptionally accomplished person who is willing to go the extra mile for a customer. He is a good teacher and made me feel comfortable. He not only generously took lots of time to explain many features of the car but he also made himself available to answer more questions I had after I had driven the car home. Clarence, who took care of the finance end of my purchase, answered all of my questions both knowledgeably and patiently. Five days later, when I emailed him one question about the DMV paper work on the car I'd traded in, he immediately called me to clear up my confusion. I have been thoroughly pleased with my experience buying a car from All Star, so much so that I am now thinking I should probably forget that it is forty miles from where I live and continue to go there for servicing my car in future. After all, it is not every day that one can find the quality of service, the courteous consideration, and the willingness to be of help that I encountered. Thank you All Star!
